With years of hands-on experience, Parsa quickly worked his way up through the ranks, gaining a wealth of knowledge and expertise in all aspects of the industry along the way. As the company’s general manager, Parsa is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business. He is a skilled manager with a keen eye for detail, and he is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service to every client.

Sally Hopwood:

Sally Hopwood is a highly skilled and dedicated professional who serves as an office manager at The CC Maintenance Ltd. She has developed a deep understanding of the many technical, financial, and logistical challenges that come with managing a busy construction office. Throughout her career, Sally has built a reputation for her professionalism, her work ethic, and her commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Pouriya Salimbayat:

Pouriya is a talented project manager who is committed to delivering exceptional results for his clients and his company. Throughout his career, Pouriya has worked on a wide range of construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. He has a deep understanding of the construction process, from initial design and planning to construction and project closeout.

Joanna Foster:

Joanna is a highly skilled and experienced financial secretary with extensive knowledge of the construction industry. She is a vital member of the team, providing critical financial support to the company's construction projects. As a member of the construction company team, Joanna plays a critical role in ensuring the financial stability and success of the business. Her expertise, dedication, and professionalism make her a valuable asset to the team.

Jev:

For nearly a decade, Jev has been a crucial team member, starting as a plasterer and showcasing a strong dedication to the company. His passion for growth led him to become a level 3 electrician, actively pursuing NIC certification. His commitment to learning and overcoming challenges has inspired colleagues and embodies our team's values or perseverance and continuous improvement.

Ashley Rosson:

Ashley is a dedicated and ambitious professional who recently joined The Construction Collective Ltd as a Trainee Project Manager. With a passion for project management and a drive for excellence, Ashley brings a fresh perspective and a wealth of enthusiasm to the construction industry.

Ashley's career journey began with hands-on experience in the construction field, working in entry-level roles where attention to detail, precision, and a proactive approach were key.

Our Latest Charity Events

At The CC Maintenance Ltd, we believe in giving back to our community and supporting causes that truly make a difference.

That's why we're honoured to collaborate with Noah's Ark Children’s Hospice, a beacon of hope for children and families facing life-limiting conditions - in our hometown of Barnet, North London.

Together with London's NHS trusts and social care organisations, they've created a haven where families can find comfort, support, and the chance to cherish every moment.

We're inspired by Noah's Ark's mission and that’s why we're committed to organising charity events in the coming weeks, aimed at raising funds and spreading awareness for this incredible cause.

We recently completed a London to Brighton cycle, Charity skydive, and delivered Easter hampers to help support Noah's Ark.
